Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IntPrepAI mobile application ("App") and related services provided by IntPrepAI ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use IntPrepAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• IntPrepAI offers both free and premium (paid) tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
• We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests should be directed to Apple.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier provides limited access to features, including a limited number of practice questions, job spec uploads, and CV reviews. Specific limits are displayed within the App and may change over time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious files, harmful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Share, resell, or redistribute content generated by the App for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Content You Provide

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (job specs, CVs, practice answers).
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g. AI analysis, question generation).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload confidential employer documents without appropriate permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

• IntPrepAI uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, model answers, feedback, and study materials.
• AI-generated content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional career advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated model answers are suggestions — we encourage you to adapt them to reflect your own genuine experience.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by IntPrepAI and protected by intellectual property laws.
• AI-generated questions, model answers, and study materials provided to you are licensed for your personal use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for any specific interview.
• Using the App will guarantee success in any interview or job application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntPrepAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
